  • We are not liable for any loss, cost, or expense arising from your failure to obtain proper documentation or insurance.

  • When acting as an agent, our liability is limited to the services we directly provide (arranging and booking). The travel supplier is responsible for the delivery of the travel service itself.
  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or claim arising from the act or omission of the travel supplier, or from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
  • Where the Package Travel Regulations 2018 apply and we act as the organiser, we accept responsibility for the proper performance of the package as required by law.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total cost of the booking.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Role as Agent vs. Organiser

It is important to understand the capacity in which we act:

  • As Agent: In the majority of cases, we act as an agent for the travel supplier. The contract for the travel service is between you and the supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.). Their terms and conditions apply to the service they provide. Our responsibility is limited to making the booking with reasonable care and skill.
  • As Organiser: Where we combine two or more travel services into a package as defined by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, we act as the organiser and accept responsibility for the proper performance of the package. In such cases, we will provide you with an ATOL Certificate (where applicable) or evidence of alternative insolvency protection.
  • Linked Travel Arrangements (LTAs): Where you purchase separate travel services through our facilitation that do not constitute a package, you are purchasing linked travel arrangements. These do not benefit from the same level of protection as packages. We will clearly inform you when this applies.

12. Financial Protection

  • Where we sell flight-inclusive packages as an organiser, financial protection is provided in accordance with the ATOL scheme administered by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), or through the relevant supplier's ATOL or bonding arrangement.
  • When we act as an agent for an ATOL-holding supplier, the supplier's ATOL provides the customer protection. An ATOL Certificate will be issued by the supplier.
  • For non-flight packages and other travel services, appropriate financial protection is provided as required by the Package Travel Regulations 2018.
  • Payments made through third-party affiliate platforms (Aviasales, Hotellook, etc.) are protected under those platforms' own financial protection arrangements.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, severe weather, airport closures, or any other event of force majeure.

In such circumstances, we will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and assist you with rebooking or refunds where possible, subject to the terms of the relevant suppliers.

14. Passport, Visa & Health Requirements

  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you and all travellers in your party hold valid passports, visas, and meet any health requirements (including vaccinations) for all countries you will visit or transit through.
  • We may provide general guidance on entry requirements, but this is advisory only and does not constitute legal advice. Requirements can change at short notice, and you must verify current requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government source.
  • We accept no liability for any costs, losses, or denied boarding arising from your failure to comply with passport, visa, or health requirements.

15. Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if, in our reasonable opinion, or in the opinion of any travel supplier, the behaviour of any member of the travel party is disruptive, dangerous, or likely to cause damage, distress, or annoyance to others. No refund will be given in such circumstances, and you may be liable for any additional costs incurred.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
