1. Booking Confirmation and Payment All bookings must be confirmed by paying a deposit or the full amount of the travel package. Full payment must be received by a set number of days before the departure date.

2. Cancellation and Refunds Customers may cancel their booking at any time, subject to a cancellation fee. Refund policies for cancellations will be clearly stated and may vary depending on the time of cancellation.

3. Travel Documentation Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required documents for their travel. Juggies Gloss Travel is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to comply with travel requirements.

5. Travel Insurance Customers are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances like trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, and lost luggage.

6. Limitation of Liability Juggies Gloss Travel acts as an agent for various travel service providers and is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers.

7. Complaints Any complaints about the trip or service should be made immediately to the travel service provider or to Juggies Gloss Travel so that prompt action can be taken. 8. Data Protection Juggies Gloss Travel will responsibly use and protect any personal data provided by customers in line with our privacy policy and applicable law.
